Job summary

ProMach is seeking a Parts & Inventory Coordinator to manage day-to-day receiving, inventory control, order fulfillment, and shipping for the P.E. Labellers USA facility in Cincinnati.

This role serves as the primary contact for inventory movement across the US and Canada, collaborating with Customer Service and Operations to ensure timely receipt and accurate fulfillment. Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience in warehouse, inventory control, shipping/receiving, spare parts, or logistics operations preferred.
• Working knowledge of MRP/ERP systems; computer skills including Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and general data entry accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate inventory levels for all divisional spare parts at the Cincinnati facility.
• Perform cycle counts and physical inventory audits to support accuracy.
• Receive incoming shipments and inspect materials for quantity and condition.
• Record transactions in the ERP system and coordinate processing of inbound stock.
• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment to customers across the US and Canada.
• Coordinate shipments with parcel, freight, and logistics providers.
