Job summary

Aggregate Resource Industries, Inc. in Springfield, Oregon, is seeking a entry-level Material Handler - Shop & Inventory Support to assist with parts pulling, staging, cycle counts, and receiving. This role helps maintain organized inventory and supports daily shop operations with attention to safety and accuracy.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required.
• Previous material-handling or warehouse experience preferred but not required.
• Forklift experience or certification preferred but not required.
• Valid driver’s license with clean record in past 3 years; no DUI convictions.
• Pre-employment drug test & physical required.

Responsibilities

• Pulls parts and materials according to pick tickets, work orders, or supervisor instructions.
• Stages materials in designated areas for shop repairs and internal requests.
• Returns unused materials to proper location and assists with labeling.
• Notifies supervision when discrepancies arise or parts cannot be located.
• Performs cycle counts and maintains accurate inventory records and documentation.
• Provides general shop labor support and assists with material handling and housekeeping.
