Responsibilities

• Update Customer Service Representatives on order progress and status to align with delivery timelines.
• Monitor and manage stock levels of parts for corrugated equipment, identifying when reordering is necessary.
• Process customer orders for parts from around the world, aiming to fulfill most orders within 10 days.
• Communicate effectively with internal teams and external customers to resolve problems quickly.
• Maintain detailed notes on order status in the inventory tracking system for accurate information.
• Check and respond to customer emails in a timely manner, rotating in shared inbox management.
• Remain calm and focused in a fast-paced environment with multiple simultaneous demands.
• Verify received items against purchase orders and maintain accurate inventory counts.
• Stay informed about engineering or product changes that affect parts inventory and adjust ordering accordingly.
• Support customers with parts needs for equipment, including legacy systems.
