Job summary

ADP is seeking an Inventory Parts Clerk for the 2nd shift at our South Holland, IL location. The role involves receiving, stocking and managing spare parts inventory for maintenance, with a focus on safety and efficient material flow. Union benefits apply after a 90-day probationary period.

Responsibilities

• PerformsPhysical Inventory, cycle counts and audits.
• Receives UPS, FedEx and other deliveries.
• Distributes packages to appropriate departments.
• Receives stock and direct issue items within CMMS (EAM).
• Communicate with and notify Planner/Scheduler of Planned Parts received.
• Prints barcode labels/tags for new inventory and stores items in the established inventory location.
• Creates part numbers and inventory locations for new items.
• Provides assistance to mechanics and operators in locating parts.
• Restocking of unused items.
• Maintains organization and cleanliness of the storeroom area, shelving, and cabinets.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Salary Range: $17.00 To $19.80 Hourly

Position Description:

Performs duties to receive, stock, and manage inventory of spare parts for the maintenance department with safety-minded attitude that maintains and enhances a safety culture for the benefit of the Company and its employees.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Performs Physical Inventory, cycle counts and audits of stack items
• Receives UPS, FedEx and other deliveries
• Distributes packages to appropriate departments
• Receives stock and direct issue items within EAM (CMMS)
• Communicate with and notify Planner/Scheduler of Planned Parts received
• Prints barcode labels/tags for new inventory and stores items in the established inventory location
• Creates part numbers and inventory locations for new items
• Provides assistance to mechanics and operators in locating parts
• Restocking of unused items
• Maintains organization and cleanliness of the storeroom area, shelving, and cabinets
• Performs other duties as assigned
