Qualifications

• Six months of Walgreens experience or one year of retail experience.
• Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evening and weekend hours.
• Demonstrated attention to detail and ability to multi task and manage execution.
• Experience in identifying operational issues and recommending and implementing strategies to resolve problems.

Responsibilities

• Execute, monitor, and train inventory best practices across store, front end and pharmacy.
• Review and coordinate use of reports and systems affecting on-hand balances and pricing.
• Execute and maintain front end and pharmacy asset protection; manage returns and overages.
• Open/close store in absence of management; handle cash and POS responsibilities.
• Engage customers, resolve issues, and model Walgreens service traits.
• Coach team on warehouse and vendor inventory management; process orders and deliveries.
