DP World North America is seeking an Inventory Manager to lead the Inventory Team in Coppell, TX. You will partner with Operations to identify, solve and prevent inventory issues while driving compliance and process improvements.

You will coach inventory administrators, analyze and optimize control processes, translate business requirements into system enhancements, and develop monitoring tools to track performance and benchmarks.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
• Experience in logistics or manufacturing, preferably in Inventory Control.
• Proficient with Excel and warehouse management systems.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

Responsabilidades

• Manage, coach and supervise inventory administrators across the businesses and facilitate personal development of the people involved.
• Analyze, optimize & implement inventory control processes to align with syncreon/customer goals and objectives.
• Facilitate the implementation of operational processes of the other departments. Translate business requirements into system enhancements.
• Build/strengthen relationships with counterparts by visiting customers and vendors, represent Syncreon in calls and meetings to align processes and strategies.
• Develop/execute monitoring tools (reports, audits) to monitor performance and benchmarks.
• Other duties as assigned.
