Responsibilities

• Resolves count variances to ensure accurate inventory records.
• Moves inventory locations to maintain efficient operations.
• Manages the daily returns process in warehouse and CRM.
• Reviews, processes and intervenes on recall notices.
• Transfers products to EDRP sites and ships using Varsity.
• Tracks scrap levels and reports month-end metrics to Finance.
• Prepares proper return packaging for customers.
• Handles expired product returns from vendors and creates Debit Memos.
