Job summary

Cardinal Health in Groveport, Ohio is hiring for an Inventory Management role on the 2nd shift (Mon-Fri, 3:00pm–11:30pm) at the Consumer Health Logistics Center. This on-site position focuses on accurate inventory control within a fast-paced distribution environment, including counting, moves, and adherence to procedures.

Responsibilities include researching variances, processing recalls, handling expired product returns, daily cycle counts, and vendor inventory audits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–2 years of operations experience preferred.
• Proficient with computers and Microsoft Office.
• Basic proficiency in English (read/write).

Responsibilities

• Research and resolve count variances to ensure accurate inventory records.
• Move inventory locations to maintain efficient operations.
• Review recall notices for products and intervene as needed.
• Handle expired product returns from vendors.
• Perform daily cycle count reconciliations.
• Assist vendor in the returns process of damages, overages, and partials.
• Checks expiration dates to ensure correct locations and records.
• Audit inbound receipts for accuracy and compliance.
• Process inventory moves and adjustments.
• Support daily/weekly tasks with the operations team.
• Participate in/vendor inventory audits.
