The Ohio State University is seeking an Inventory Control and Analysis Coordinator 3 to oversee a defined area of inventory control, replenishment and cycle counts within the clinical supply chain. You will ensure efficient operations and data-driven decisions to support hospital needs.

Responsibilities include managing stock levels, conducting audits, creating queries, and assisting with back orders, asset management, and Kanban systems.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required with 2 years of inventory management experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversees a defined logistical area in inventory control, replenishment and cycle counts.
• Stocks and manages supply inventory levels; maintains adequate storeroom stock.
• Stages and manages inventory receiving for large facilities projects; conducts routine audits of inventory data.
• Provides data to correct and facilitate processing of match exceptions; develops queries for leadership decisions.
• Supports managers in assembling purchase history information to solve complex supply problems.
• Manages back order handling by contacting vendors and assists in asset management.
• Updates and maintains the two bin Kanban system.
