Job summary

State Industrial Products seeks a Business Analyst to support inventory operations, warehouse process optimization, and analytics across the organization. You will partner with operations, supply chain, and finance to improve accuracy, drive compliance, and deliver data-driven insights through reporting and analysis.

You will lead projects, develop operational controls, and support strategic decisions by presenting actionable recommendations.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficient in Excel; experience with Power BI and SAP is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate inventory activities across warehouse and field locations.
• Monitor and manage open orders to ensure timely fulfillment and inventory availability.
• Perform inventory shrink analysis, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions.
• Support inventory audits and reconciliation to improve accuracy.
• Create, implement, document, and audit warehouse operating procedures and controls.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to standardize best practices and drive process consistency.
• Develop, maintain, and enhance management reports, dashboards, and KPIs.
• Present actionable insights and recommendations to management.
• Serve as CRM subject matter expert for field operations.
• Travel up to 20% as needed to support warehouse operations, audits, training, and project implementation.
