Job summary

Asurion is seeking a Supervisor for Operations at our forward stocking locations to oversee day-to-day workflows and administrative tasks within our SCM support team. You will supervise claims and returns processing, support quality standards, and ensure compliance with client SLAs and Asurion guidelines.

You will lead cross-functional teams, drive process improvements, and coach staff on new procedures to meet production targets and department goals.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of supply chain integration, logistics network designs and warehouse best practices.
• Strong verbal and written communication and team facilitation skills.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in supervising teams and coordinating cross-functional work.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day operations at forward stocking locations.
• Oversee product arrival dispositions and shipping protocols.
• Troubleshoot office management issues (telephony, computers, printers, facilities).
• Maintain inventory accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
• Update work instructions and improve processes.
