Job summary

Vesta Home is seeking a Warehouse Inventory Supervisor to manage inventory health across inbound, putaway, counts, returns, and staging. You will guide a 15–20 person hourly team and coordinate with shift leaders to maintain system integrity and efficient handoffs.

Responsibilities include leading safety meetings, ensuring proper handling, and maintaining accurate system documentation. This is a hands-on role with opportunities to drive process improvements.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of warehouse leadership experience.
• Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs and lead work from the floor.
• Familiarity with OSHA safety standards and warehouse equipment protocols.
• Proficient in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily start-of-shift meetings to align safety and priorities.
• Oversee safe loading/unloading of furniture and staging materials.
• Supervise order selection, quality control, storage, and organization.
• Conduct quality inspections on high-value items before dispatch.
• Ensure wrapping and handling follow company standards.
• Monitor SOP adherence from inbound to returns.
