You will reconcile inventory, perform three-way matching, post journal entries, and contribute to balance sheet reconciliations and variance analysis.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 3–5+ years of accounting experience.
• Experience with inventory, manufacturing, distribution, or operational accounting preferred.
• Strong Excel skills, including reconciliations and data analysis.
• Understanding of general ledger accounting and month-end close processes.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Reconcile inventory balances across multiple locations and investigate discrepancies.
• Perform three-way matching of purchase orders, receiving records, and invoices.
• Prepare and post journal entries related to inventory and general accounting activities.
• Complete balance sheet reconciliations and support month-end close.
• Analyze inventory transactions and assist with reporting and variance analysis.
• Partner with operations and purchasing teams to ensure inventory accuracy.
• Support internal controls and process improvement initiatives.
• Prepare ad hoc reports and analyses for management.
