Job summary

Sun Chemical, a leading producer of packaging, color, display technologies and electronic materials, is seeking a Finite Scheduler / MRP specialist. The role focuses on site inventory control, procurement administration and production reporting to ensure accurate stock and uninterrupted operations.

On-site position based in Virginia with collaboration across supply chain and production teams. Requirements include a high school diploma or GED and 2+ years in inventory control, procurement,

Qualifications

• Must have inventory control, procurement, planning or office administration experience.
• Experience with an ERP system is required.
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and Word.

Responsibilities

• Manage site inventory levels, accuracy, and stock position.
• Lead annual physical inventories and investigate variances.
• Evaluate MRP results, validate requisitions, and release purchase orders.
• Manage stock levels for MTS items, finished goods, raw materials, and intermediates.
• Generate batch tickets and production documentation.
• Own dormancy, scrap, ARMS/returns, and non-conforming inventory processes.
• Maintain daily production, shipping, and OTIF reporting.
