Job summary

KnitWell Group is seeking a Support Associate to manage inventory, support both back-of-house and sales floor operations, and maintain brand standards at Mall of America in Bloomington, MN. You’ll help ensure products are stocked, priced, and presented to meet customer expectations.

You will work with store leaders to execute visual directives, support a positive team culture, and deliver a welcoming customer experience. This role requires 18+ and flexible hours, including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• 18 years or older
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Team player with ownership and initiative
• Ability to learn new processes and tools
• Strong organizational skills
• Regular attendance is expected
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and move around the store and stockroom

Responsibilities

• Manage inventory processes: intake, storage, and ticketing for replenishment on the sales floor
• Keep stockroom organized and easy to navigate
• Merchandise new products on the sales floor in a timely manner
• Execute product restocking and price changes
• Maintain a visually appealing store environment reflecting brand standards
• Assist leaders with visual directives, floor sets, window changes, and signage placements
• Deliver a customer-focused experience reflecting hospitality and teamwork
