Job summary

PENZONE Salons is seeking a Retail Stock Clerk to support inventory control across all salon locations in Columbus, OH. The role involves stocking products, maintaining shelves, and processing orders with attention to detail.

Responsibilities include bar-coding, organizing the warehouse, and supporting e-commerce fulfillment. Travel to locations will be required as part of cross-location duties and projects.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Highly organized with the ability to handle multiple operational priorities independently.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to work at all PENZONE locations.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all inventory and processing tasks.
• Strong communication skills; interact with guests and team members professionally.
• Self-directed and able to take initiative without supervision.
• Comfortable using modern workplace technology including Microsoft 365, cloud-based systems, and digital communication platforms.

Responsibilities

• Stocking retail products.
• Dusting and cleaning retail shelves.
• Organizing the warehouse by efficiently securing and controlling inventory.
• Ordering supplies and checking all incoming orders.
• Filling professionals' orders and tracking usage.
• Bar-coding supplies.
• Maintain and fulfill all e-commerce orders.
• Travel to all PENZONE locations.
• Execute and maintain brand standards and floorset planograms with operations teams.
• Cross functional duties at other locations and for department projects.
