Job summary

Gerrity’s Ace Hardware is seeking a Sales Associate to assist in receiving, stocking, pricing, and maintaining an orderly, clean store while delivering exceptional customer service. You will help customers with personalized service and solutions to their needs.

The role involves stocking, maintaining back stock, and supporting merchandise resets, promotions awareness, and daily store operations. Flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years experience in sales/retail preferred.
• High School or GED equivalent.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with ability to communicate clearly and effectively in all situations.
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide a positive representation of Gerrity’s Ace Hardware and greet/assist customers.
• Assist customers with personal, customized service based on the premise of amazing every customer, every time.
• Assist with receiving, stocking and merchandising throughout the store.
• Maintain store cleanliness, stock room/orderly merchandise area and participate in merchandise resets.
