Job summary

UGG, a division of Deckers Brands, is seeking a Stock Associate to organize inventory and create safe stock areas. You’ll partner with the Stock Lead to receive and merchandise items so customers find the products they want when they want them.

You will stock, replenish, and display products on the sales floor, greet customers, and provide current product knowledge while upholding Visual Merchandising standards. Teamwork and reliability are essential.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of retail store experience preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent team-building skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Receive, store, pick, count, and distribute products and materials.
• Verify shipments and address discrepancies to keep inventory accurate.
• Assist with replenishing and displaying products on the sales floor per Visual Merchandising standards.
• Greet customers, answer questions, and provide product knowledge to drive sales.
• Maintain a neat stock room and report to the Store Manager if late or absent.
