Job summary

UGG is seeking a Stock Associate to organize inventory, stock areas, and merchandise items to meet customer demand. You will partner with the Stock Lead to maintain accurate counts and prepare shipments between locations, while keeping stock rooms neat and secure.

You will also replenish displays, assist customers on the floor, and share product knowledge with a positive attitude, supporting the store team to achieve daily targets.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years retail store experience (preferred).
• High School Diploma required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong team-building abilities and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Receive, store, pick, count, and distribute products to meet store needs.
• Receive shipments, verify accuracy and handle discrepancies.
• Assist with replenishment and visual merchandising on the sales floor.
• Greet customers, answer questions, and share product knowledge.
• Report to Store Manager and coordinate with Stock Lead to meet goals.
