Job summary

KnitWell Group’s WHBM Tysons Corner store is seeking a Support Associate to manage inventory, process shipments, move stock, and keep shelves aligned with brand standards. The role blends back‑of‑house duties with customer interactions to ensure a smooth shopping experience.

You will help maintain a visually inspiring store, assist with merchandising, pricing, and replenishment, and support leadership in daily operations while delivering hospitality to guests.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to quickly learn new processes and tools.
• Commitment to regular attendance and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Manage inventory processes: intake, store and ticket merchandise for smooth replenishment on the sales floor.
• Ensure stockroom is neat and easy to navigate.
• Merchandise new products on the sales floor in a timely manner.
• Execute product restocking and price changes.
• Maintain a visually inspiring store environment that reflects brand standards.
• Assist store leaders with visual directives, floor sets and signage placements.
• Deliver a customer-focused experience reflecting a culture of hospitality.
• Contribute to a positive team environment through teamwork and collaboration.
