Job summary

Todd Snyder is hiring a Stock Associate in Georgia to maximize selling potential by moving merchandise from stockroom to the sales floor. You will follow stockroom SOPs and visual standards to support replenishment, markdowns and merchandising while assisting store leadership.

You must be able to work a flexible retail schedule, communicate effectively with customers and team, and lift cartons up to 25lbs. Prior stock experience is preferred and familiarity with store technology is a plus.

Qualifications

• Previous stock experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication with customers and team.
• Demonstrated collaborative skills and ability to work well within a team.
• Ability to receive feedback and take action when appropriate.
• Ability to stand and move about for extended periods with occasional rest.
• Flexible schedule to include early mornings, late evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to lift cartons up to 25 lbs.
• Proficient with technology.

Responsibilities

• Consistently achieve brand productivity standards for shipment processing, replenishment, markdowns and merchandising.
• Maintain stockroom SOPs to support efficient handling and placement of merchandise and fixtures.
• Execute shipment processing by following guidelines; track productivity for leadership.
• Adhere to Todd Snyder visual standards for merchandise presentation from stockroom to floor.
• Partner with leadership to ensure replenishment tasks (Fill the Floor, power closes/opens) are executed.
• Communicate merchandising opportunities to leadership and execute adjustments per standards.
• Execute markdowns and re-ticketing in stockroom and on floor; update leadership on compliance.
• Partner with leadership to complete stock transfers and process damages.
• Support colleagues by sharing knowledge and assisting in customer interactions.
• Maintain safety standards on sales floor and stockroom; report safety concerns.
