The role requires strong communication, teamwork, and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Part-time shifts include early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Previous stock experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication with customers and team.
• Collaborative skills and ability to work well within a team.
• Ability to stand and move for extended periods; flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
• Proficient with technology.

Responsibilities

• Maximize selling potential by efficient stockroom flow to the sales floor.
• Maintain stockroom SOPs for merchandise handling and placement.
• Process shipments per guidelines; track units per hour productivity.
• Support visual standards to maximize merchandise presentations.
• Collaborate with store leadership to replenish and adjust stock as needed.
• Identify merchandising opportunities and execute adjustments per standards.
• Perform markdowns and re-ticketing in stockroom and on floor.
• Assist in stock transfers and handling damages.
• Provide support to colleagues and assist in customer interactions.
• Maintain safety standards on floor and in stockroom; report safety concerns.
