Job summary

Soma in Katy, TX is seeking a Support Associate to help manage inventory and assist on the sales floor. You will handle shipments, move products from stockroom, and maintain stockroom organization while ensuring items are accessible and accurately priced.

The role emphasizes teamwork, flexible hours including nights/weekends/holidays, and a hands-on approach to merchandising and customer service. This is a Regular/Part time position at Soma stores.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Team player with ownership and initiative.
• Ability to quickly learn new processes and tools.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Commitment to regular attendance to ensure adequate coverage.
• Ability to bend, reach, stretch for products and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Manage inventory processes: intake, store, and ticket merchandise for smooth replenishment on the sales floor.
• Keep stockroom neat and easy to navigate.
• Ensure new products are merchandised and represented on the sales floor promptly.
• Execute product restocking and price changes.
• Maintain a visually inspiring store environment reflecting brand standards.
• Assist store leaders with visual directives, floor sets, window changes, signage placements.
• Deliver a customer‑focused experience that reflects hospitality culture.
• Contribute to a positive work environment through teamwork and collaboration.
