Job summary

The GIANT Company, proudly serving Pennsylvania and neighboring states, is seeking a store team member to help manage inventory, stock displays, and ensure clean, safe shelves. You will work as part of a collaborative team, learn new skills, and contribute to a positive shopping experience for customers and communities.

Primary duties include daily inventory checks, removing out-of-date items, loading pallets into coolers, stocking products, and maintaining displays.

Qualifications

• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Must be able to read, write, communicate, and understand job duties and safety policies.
• Must complete the 60-day introductory probationary period.
• Must meet ergonomic/physical requirements and be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Must be able to use or learn to use job equipment and tools.
• Must meet company performance standards including regular attendance.
• Must wear assigned clothes and shoes.
• Must have and maintain any required licenses or permits for the position.

Responsibilities

• Review the work schedule and prepare supplies at shift start, comply with PPE and food safety requirements.
• Follow directions and expectations of department leadership.
• Clean and sanitize all surfaces, tools, equipment, display cases, floors, and counters.
