KnitWell Group is hiring a Support Associate for Store 3606-Staten Island Mall-WHBM-Staten Island, NY. You will manage inventory processes, restock merchandise, and ensure stockroom organization while upholding brand standards and delivering a customer-focused experience.

Flexible availability is required, including nights, weekends, and holidays. The role emphasizes teamwork, quick learning of new processes, and strong organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older and able to work nights, weekends and holidays.
• Team player with strong ownership and initiative.
• Fast learner capable of picking up new processes and tools.
• Excellent organizational skills and reliable attendance.
• Ability to bend, lift up to 50 pounds and move around store and stockroom.

Responsibilities

• Manage inventory processes, including intake, storage, and ticketing for replenishment on the sales floor.
• Keep stockroom organized for easy navigation.
• Merchandise new products and update floor sets in a timely manner.
• Restock products and perform price changes as needed.
• Maintain a visually appealing store environment reflecting brand standards.
• Assist store leaders with visual directives and signage placement.
• Deliver a customer-focused experience aligned with our hospitality culture.
• Support teamwork and collaboration to create a positive work environment.
