Advanced Technology Services (ATS) is seeking an Inventory/Materials Clerk to oversee inventory integrity, restock items, and process stock repairs in a factory setting. You will coordinate with technicians and vendors, ensuring accurate records and timely order processing.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos; write simple correspondence; effectively present information to customers, clients, and other employees; perform basic arithmetic and data interpretation.

Responsibilities

• Oversees the integrity of inventory and restocking of items.
• Processes repairs for stock; timestamps repair parts and delivers to technicians.
• Controls inventory and material from vendors within department budget; analyzes inventory records.
• Monitors stock levels and parts; enters orders and stocking data; expedites late material orders.
