Job summary

USA Compression Partners, LP is seeking a Materials Representative to maintain accurate spare parts inventory and support the field services team with timely deliveries. Responsibilities include counting parts, placing vendor orders, shipping and receiving orders with barcode scanners, and performing general warehouse housekeeping.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 2 years in materials management or inventory warehousing.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable MVR history.

Responsibilities

• Make deliveries and pick up spare parts and supplies.
• Count spare parts inventory to ensure accuracy.
• Place orders with vendors for spare parts and supplies.
• Ship and receive parts orders using barcode scanners and systems.
• Process field service order requests by phone or email.
• Maintain safety guidelines and participate in training.
• Operate and maintain warehouse equipment such as forklift.
• Reconcile invoices.
