Job summary

USA Compression Partners, LP is seeking a Materials Representative to maintain accurate physical inventory of spare parts, supplies, and tools, supporting the field services team to deliver high quality service.

This full-time, hourly role requires a high school diploma, 2 years in materials management or warehouse experience, and a valid driver’s license. You will count parts, place orders, ship/receive, operate forklift, and help enforce safety standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years inventory/warehousing experience.
• Preferred 1 year in natural gas industry.
• Basic invoicing understanding.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable MVR.
• Can-do attitude and ethical supplier dealings.
• Strong numerical perception.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Strong organizational skills for multitasking.
• Proficient with Excel/Word/Outlook and inventory software.
• Must be able to work legally in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Make deliveries and pick up spare parts and supplies.
• Count inventory to ensure accuracy.
• Place orders with vendors for spare parts and supplies.
• Ship and receive parts using barcode scanners and software.
• Perform warehouse housekeeping.
• Process field service order requests by phone or email.
• Participate in safety training and improve safety guidelines.
• Maintain company vehicle and inspections.
• Track outstanding cores and return to vendors for credit.
• Operate warehouse equipment (forklift, pallet jack).
• Reconcile invoices.
• Other duties as assigned by supervisor.
