Job summary

D&B Supply is seeking a part-time Material Handler to load, unload, and store products for inventory control and distribution. You will work on the sales floor and back rooms, stocking shelves and supporting periodic inventory tasks.

Role requires physical stamina and ability to operate hand trucks, pallet jacks, and related equipment. Forklift certification is preferred but not mandatory.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Forklift certification preferred, not required.
• Possession of a valid driver’s license with a good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Receive, load, unload, count, weigh, and store materials from freight vehicles.
• Move material using material handling tools and equipment including hand truck, pallet jack, dolly, or forklifts.
• Open crates and boxes and prepare shipments for distribution.
• Wrap and secure materials on pallets for distribution.
• Stock shelves and ensure inventory on the sales floor.
• Assist in inventory checks and reporting discrepancies to supervisor.
