Qualifications

• Experience with inventory control and cycle counting.
• Ability to operate powered industrial vehicles.
• Willingness to work in physically demanding environments.
• Familiarity with ERP systems (Oracle, SAP) and warehouse processes.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize daily store activities.
• May perform satellite receiving functions.
• May perform materials pick-up or drop-off at vendor sites.
• Investigate customer inquiries, cycle count discrepancies and non-conformances.
• Perform cycle count to verify and maintain inventory.
• Locate, audit, and transfer kits or materials for shipment.
• Receive parts and update inventory records; may use Oracle, SAP, or other systems.
• Verify vendor delivery before accepting parts/inventory.
• Coordinate processing of non-conformances.
• Prepare material for delivery to the cleanroom; manage material movement.
• Review MRP for upcoming work orders and W.I.P.
• Expedite receipt of materials from vendors.
• Train/certify other Material Coordinators.
