Job summary

Stem, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Associate to manage the inventory cage and supply materials to the production line for custom projects in Longmont, CO. This onsite role requires attention to detail and good computer skills to track records and support the assembly process.

You will handle picking, receiving, and RMAs while maintaining a clean work area and meeting daily targets. A 30-pound lift is expected, with flexibility for additional duties as needed.

Qualifications

• Must be detail-oriented with a strong work ethic.
• Comfortable with computers and managing spreadsheets.
• Able to clearly communicate verbally and in writing.
• 1–3 months of related warehouse experience.
• Able to sit/stand for long periods; manual dexterity.

Responsibilities

• Use printed sales orders to pick components from the cage and deliver to the assembly line.
• Accurately identify components and locations.
• Apply sales order and related documents to items.
• Receive product in accordance with company delivery protocol.
• Participate in monthly and/or annual physical inventories.
• Manage WIP counts for monthly inventory per department protocols.
• Attend required meetings related to material delivery and company requirements.
• Meet or exceed minimum picking rate standards.
• Assist the RMAs team in handling RMAs.
• Maintain a clean and orderly assigned work area.
• Emptying trash as needed to keep work area clean.
• Other duties as assigned.
