Job summary

HPM Building Supply in Keaau, Hawaii is hiring a full-time Inventory and Materials Coordinator to receive, track, and distribute materials for Hale+ modular home production. The role ensures accurate receiving into BisTrack and timely delivery to build stations.

Typical schedule Monday–Friday 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM, with a focus on reducing downtime and maintaining material flow. Benefits include medical, dental, PTO, 401(k), ESOP, and more.

Qualifications

• Experience in inventory control, materials coordination, or warehouse operations.
• Experience using inventory or ERP systems.
• Physically capable of lifting, staging, and moving materials.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Receive, track, and distribute all materials for Hale+ modular home production.
• Ensure materials are accurately received into BisTrack and properly staged.
• Deliver materials to correct build stations per production schedule.
• Support material accuracy, reduce downtime, and maintain build flow.
