Job summary

Caterpillar Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Operations professional to perform, regulate and expedite the physical movement of materials across Solar warehouse locations while maintaining accurate inventory records in the BaaN ERP system.

You will verify, store, stage, ship and receive parts, use RF/barcode tools, and help ensure safety and efficiency across shifts. The role requires a valid driver's license, ability to lift 10–25 pounds, and openness to various shifts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED or equivalent.
• Working computer knowledge.
• Must be able to frequently lift and carry boxes weighing up to 10-25 pounds.
• Must be able to work at heights up to 20 feet from the floor.

Responsibilities

• Receive, verify, sort, store, issue, stage, palletize, move, dispatch, and ship materials as assigned.
• Perform data input and maintenance to ensure inventory accuracy in ERP records.
• Maintain electronic and manual records showing status of materials or jobs in assigned area.
• Operate material moving equipment and use RF and barcode tech as required.
• Plan and execute loading/unloading methods for vehicle transport.
