Job summary

PlanIT Group, LLC is hiring for an onsite warehouse role at the Sand Lake facility in Grand Prairie, TX. The position focuses on inventory control, shipping/receiving, and packaging operations to maintain accurate records and efficient flow of materials.

Candidates should have 3+ years of warehousing and forklift experience, proficiency with MS Office, and the ability to lift 35 lbs plus operate a box truck with a 26,000 lb GVW lift gate. Teamwork with ISM functions is essential.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of forklift/pallet stacker experience.
• Minimum 3 years in Shipping/Receiving warehouse operations.
• Minimum 3 years warehousing experience.
• At least 3 years of MS Office applications experience.
• Ability to lift up to 35 lbs and operate a box truck (26,000 lbs GVW) with lift gate.
• Team oriented and able to work in a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

• Compile records on quantity, cost, and type of material received, in stock, or issued.
• Process requisitions for shipping supplies and verify material received for irregularities.
• Prepare inventory records and reports; investigate stock discrepancies.
• Support ISM operations in Shipping/Receiving and Inventory Management.
• Inspect items, reject defective assets, and maintain accuracy of stock quantities.

Prepares inventory records and reports and investigates discrepancies in stock counts.

Specific Job Description

Support Integrated Supply Management (ISM) operations in the areas of PHS&T (Packaging, Handling, Storage, & Transportation) to include Shipping/Receiving and Inventory Management.

Compiles records concerned with quantity, cost, and type of material received, in stock, or issued.

Requisitions needed Shipping supplies; verifies Material/Assets received to determine irregularities in order; inspects articles and rejects defective assets.

Prepares Inventory Records and reports and investigates discrepancies in stock quantities, condition, and account.

Required Experience

• Candidate must have at least 3 years experience using a Forklift and/or Pallet Stacker
• Candidate must have at least 3 years experience with Shipping/Receiving warehouse operations
• Candidate must have at least 3 years Warehousing experience
• Candidate must have at least 3 years experience with MS Office applications (MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint)
• Ability to lift up to 35 lbs.
• Able to work effectively in a team environment
• Ability to operate a Box Truck with a gross vehicle weight up to 26,000 lbs. (non-CDL) with 40 lb. lift gate
