Job summary

Columbus Mc Kinnon Corporation is seeking a warehouse associate to maintain and report the flow of material at the plant, including Work-in-Process, semi-finished and finished goods. You will transfer empty containers, support production, and help ensure accurate inventory records.

Responsibilities include weighing with scales, recording inventory movements in CMBIS, locating items, and keeping paperwork up to date.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Trained on weight-counting scales.
• Forklift license required.
• Knowledge of Kanban systems and data entry.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs safely.

Responsibilities

• Weigh, tag and record inventory transactions for all production, warehouse, and outside processing functions.
• Record inventory movements in CMBIS modules to ensure accurate inventory records.
• Locate store items in proper rack locations.
• Maintain required paperwork.
• Inspect forklift daily.
• Perform other duties as required or requested.
