Responsibilities

• Lead the Inventory team to efficiently process shipments from distribution centres and between stores.
• Strategically place product in back room to balance stock levels.
• Uphold merchandising standards and ensure correct product placement.
• Enable seamless cross-channel shopping experiences.
• Support day-to-day store operations including windows, fitting rooms, supplies, and tech support.
• Manage team performance and foster employee development.
