Aritzia is seeking an Inventory Manager in Seattle (U-Village) to lead the inventory team and oversee movement of merchandise from distribution to store. You will ensure accurate processing of shipments, optimal stock levels, and high standards of product presentation.

Responsibilities

• Efficiently and accurately process incoming and outgoing shipments to and from distribution centres, store-to-store, and to clients.
• Strategically place product in back room to balance stock and optimize quantities.
• Uphold product display standards and stock levels according to the merchandising plan.
• Enable seamless cross-channel shopping experiences.
• Support store operations including window installations, fitting rooms, supplies, and tech support.
• Lead and develop the inventory team to drive day-to-day performance and growth.
