Job summary

Aritzia is seeking an Inventory Associate to support the movement of merchandise into and out of the store, while contributing to seamless operations in all aspects of the retail space.

As part of the Inventory Management team, you will help maintain stock levels, support store displays, and enable cross‑channel shopping experiences with enterprise-level service. This role offers competitive pay and product discounts within a dynamic, fashion‑forward environment.

Responsibilities

• Efficiently and accurately process incoming and outgoing shipments to and from distribution centres, store to store, and to clients.
• Strategically place product in the back room to balance stock levels and quantities.
• Uphold product display standards and ensure correct stock placement.
• Support omni-channel service management for seamless cross‑channel shopping experiences.
• Assist in retail space operations including window displays, fitting rooms, supplies and equipment, and technology support.
