Mariani Enterprises, LLC is seeking an Inventory Manager for its MD Nursery & Landscaping division to oversee and optimize all inventory-related operations. This role ensures materials, tools, and equipment are tracked, stored properly, and available to support efficient project execution.

The position requires strong organizational and analytical skills, experience with inventory systems, and the ability to work with vendors and field teams to minimize waste and maximize cost control.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in inventory management, preferably in landscaping, construction, or a related industry.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills.
• Proficiency with inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to lift and move materials and equipment as needed.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate inventory records of landscaping materials, tools, and equipment.
• Monitor stock levels and forecast demand based on seasonal trends and project schedules.
• Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for timely delivery of materials.
• Implement and manage inventory control systems, including barcoding and digital tracking.
• Conduct regular physical inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies.
• Organize and maintain storage areas for safety and accessibility.
• Collaborate with project managers and field crews to anticipate material needs.
• Track usage and loss of tools and equipment; manage repair or replacement.
• Develop and enforce inventory policies and procedures.
• Generate inventory reports and provide insights to improve purchasing and usage efficiency.
