Job summary

Inflow is seeking a qualified logistics professional to support DoD and other agencies with inventory management and secure logistics services. You will work with Government civilians and contractors, ensuring accurate records, timely product availability, and cross-directorate collaboration in Linthicum Heights, Maryland.

Candidate must hold an active Top Secret/SCI clearance and demonstrate proficiency with MS Office and federal supply systems.

Qualifications

• Active Top Secret/SCI clearance is required.
• Proficient in MS Office to prepare reports, manage data, and develop materials for senior leadership.
• Working knowledge of the Federal Supply System and automated/manual supply systems.
• Ability to build and sustain strong partnerships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills to solve problems under pressure.
• Experience providing high-level customer service and on-call support.

What will I be doing?

Using your expertise in inventory management, you will be providing logistics support, supporting analytical, technical, administrative, and security services to enhance the operational effectiveness of the customer's directorates. In addition, you will:

• Track, control, and ensure accurate records, efficient storage, and timely availability of products
• Manage receiving, shipping, and collaborating across directorates to meet business needs for highly technical programs and projects
• Other duties as assigned

What experience, training, and education do I need?

You mustmeet the minimum requirements:

• Active Top Secret/SCI clearance
• Proficient in MS Office suite to prepare reports, manage data, and develop materials for senior leadership
• Have working knowledge of the Federal Supply System and associated automated/manual supply systems to ensure adherence to equipment serviceability standards
• Ability to build and sustain effective partnerships with both internal and external stakeholders to achieve organizational goals
• Strong organizational and time-management skills to solve complex problems under pressure
• Experience providing a high level of customer service, resulting in positive and productive user interactions
• Experience providing on-call support, including weekends as required, to ensure continuous operational readiness
