Inventory Management Specialist - Duty Free

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in procurement processes, including order follow-up, vendor reconciliation, and invoice management.
• Maintain accurate inventory records at distribution centers and stores.
• Perform administrative tasks and hands-on inventory reviews in warehouses and stores.
• Monitor stock movement and ensure compliance with regulations such as US Customs and FDA.
• Coordinate with various teams for inventory management, including cycle counts and audits.
• Handle procurement, documentation, and accounts payable processes.
• Utilize SAP or other inventory management software and Excel extensively.
• Manage multiple priorities with attention to detail and accuracy.

Qualifications

• Experience with SAP or similar inventory management software.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas and functions like VLookup and pivot tables.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.

Additional Information

This is an entry-level, full-time contract position based at our Distribution Center located at 230-79 Rockaway Blvd., Springfield Gardens, NY 11413. The role requires open availability and a full-time schedule.
