Job summary

The Innova Solutions team is hiring an Inventory Management Associate for a full-time role in Tempe, AZ. You will organize shelves, group items by part numbers into bins, and enter data into the Master Inventory List, printing and tagging items as needed.

You will annotate discrepancies, communicate shortages of storage materials, and log counts while ensuring inventory locations are labeled and secured. A high school diploma or equivalent is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 0–3 years of related experience preferred.
• Ability to annotate discrepancies clearly in the inventory list.

Responsibilities

• Organize shelves and group items by part numbers into bins.
• Enter part numbers and information into the Master Inventory List.
• Print and tag items/bins based on entered data.
• Annotate discrepancies and unknown information in the Master Inventory List.
• Log shortages of storage materials and communicate as needed.
• Prepare data for maintenance grouping and part relocation.
