Job summary

Travel + Leisure Co. is seeking a Manager in the Inventory and Revenue Management Team for RCI, leading analysts to optimize inventory utilization, revenue generation, and pricing strategies. The role partners across Revenue Management, IT, Finance, and Business Development to maximize performance and develop analytics talent.

The position is hybrid in-office Monday–Wednesday and remote Thursday–Friday, offering opportunities to influence enterprise planning and drive strategic initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree required (Business, Accounting, Finance work well). CRME certification a plus
  • Experience with data querying and/or general professional work experience preferred
  • Expert in Microsoft Suite
  • Self-motivated with the inherent ability to motivate others
  • Executive presence with ability to flex to different audiences
  • Ability to influence team, leader and business partners to drive goals forward
  • Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple, competing priorities
  • Personally accountable for all outcomes, good and bad
  • Snowflake/SQL/Python knowledge a plus
  • 5+ years of relevant work experience
  • Experience equivalent to the education requirement may be accepted in lieu of the education requirement.

Responsibilities

  • Develop strategies to maximize inventory utilization, usage, and revenue generation across multiple inventory channels.
  • Evaluate inventory distribution, segmentation, and pricing opportunities to support business objectives.
  • Monitor inventory health and proactively identify risks related to spoilage, usage, and supply shortfalls.
  • Lead forecasting and scenario-planning activities to identify risks and opportunities impacting inventory utilization and revenue performance.
  • Use supply, demand, pricing, and transaction trends to influence enterprise planning decisions.
  • Partner with Finance and business leaders to validate assumptions and identify performance drivers.
  • Develop analysts through coaching, mentoring, succession planning, and subject matter expertise development.
  • Establish clear performance expectations, accountability measures, and development opportunities.
  • Foster a collaborative culture focused on innovation, continuous improvement, and knowledge sharing.
  • Other duties as assigned

As a Manager in the Inventory and Revenue Management Team for RCI, this role leads a team of analysts responsible for optimizing inventory utilization, revenue generation, and pricing strategies, using data and historic trends to manage decisions. The Manager drives enterprise-wide solutions through data-driven decision making, strategic planning, and cross-functional collaboration.

This role serves as a key business leader partnering across Revenue Management, IT, Technology Initiatives, Finance, and Business Development to maximize inventory utilization, productivity, and financial performance. The Manager is responsible for developing analytical talent, identifying business risks and opportunities, influencing strategic decisions, and leading high-visibility initiatives that shape the future of inventory management and distribution. How You'll Shine:
