Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent with at least 4 years of relevant experience, or 2 years post-secondary with 0–2 years experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform and manage shipping, receiving, storing, and distribution of materials.
• Track all production and non-production material using a Product Tracking System.
• Prepare and maintain shipping and receiving documentation.
• Stocks and distributes materials in inventory.
• Maintain Inventory accuracy and investigate discrepancies.
• Identify and elevate problems in straightforward situations to management for resolution.
• Verify and inspect for non-conforming material in accordance with company procedures.
• Safely handle, transfer, and transport chemicals per safety guidelines.
• Maintain records of received goods and process freight bills, packing sheets, and other documents.
• Operate material handling equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, tow motors, forklifts) upon certification.
