Job summary

Timken is seeking an Inventory & Logistics Supervisor to oversee daily manufacturing operations, align activities to KPIs, and drive lean improvements while ensuring safety and quality. The role emphasizes team leadership, training, and effective communication with internal teams to meet production goals.

Ideal candidates bring supervisory experience in manufacturing, strong problem solving, and proficiency in MS Office.

Qualifications

• Manufacturing experience required.
• 3+ years supervisory experience.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to lead lean continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Align team to plant KPI's for safety, quality, delivery, cost, productivity and morale.
• Communicate production requirements and issues affecting delivery with internal/external teams.
• Hold regular team huddles, 1:1 meetings and walkthroughs.
• Promote safety and continuous improvement culture; address hazards and incidents promptly.
• Lead Talent Management: goal setting, coaching, mentoring and training needs.Expansion of leadership pipeline.
