Job summary

ProLog, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Specialist in Jacksonville, FL to perform warehousing duties in a hangar and warehouse environment. You will verify materials, route and store items, inspect inventory, and assist with shipments while maintaining accurate records.

The role requires physical effort and comfort with a busy industrial setting. Experience with MRPII, ATICTS, MAXIMO, and Excel is advantageous; candidates should be US citizens able to pass a DoD background check.

Qualifications

• Must be comfortable using Microsoft Office applications.
• Past ATICS and MAXIMO data system experience is a plus.
• Lean six sigma and ISO 9000 knowledge desirable.
• Position requires normal physical functions; frequent bending, reaching and climbing.
• May lift up to 50 pounds and work in noisy, dusty hangar areas.

Responsibilities

• Verify materials against receiving documents and report discrepancies.
• Route materials to storage locations and assist with inventory in the warehouse.
• Examine stored materials and report deterioration or damage.
• Move materials for shipment and operate hand or power trucks as needed.
• Maintain inventory tracking in government databases and Excel systems.
