You will maintain stock records, assist with receiving, labeling, and dispatching materials, and help implement process improvements in our logistics operations.

The role emphasizes accuracy, organization and collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of materials and IT equipment.

Responsibilities

Coordinate and assist with incoming and outgoing shipments including receiving and dispatching materials.
Maintain accurate stockroom inventory through regular cycle counts and reconciliations.
Prepare materials for shipment ensuring compliance with standards.
Support procurement by assisting with orders for supplies and equipment.
Maintain inventory systems and databases with accuracy.
Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate logistics and timely deliveries.
Assist in process improvements to increase efficiency in logistics operations.
Ensure warehouse areas are clean and organized.
Track stock levels and report discrepancies to management.
Assist in building Med Locker and other company kits.
