Responsibilities

• Perform inventory and warehouse operations coordinating with the Facility Manager to support SimLEARN's training and mission.
• Assist procurement activities by learning VA purchasing procedures and documentation standards.
• Maintain logs of purchasing activity and ensure audit-ready paperwork and reconciliation of discrepancies.
• Track delivery status, confirm receipt, and update inventory systems for incoming stock.
