Job summary

FWI (FedWriters, Inc.) seeks an Inventory Management Specialist to support the Defense Cyber Crime Center (DC3) by managing receiving, shipping, and inventory for highly technical equipment. You will maintain accurate property records and coordinate across directorates to ensure critical equipment is available when needed. This on-site role is based in Linthicum Heights, MD near BWI airport.

The position requires an active TS/SCI clearance, U.S. citizenship, and strong MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance and U.S. citizenship.
• Demonstrated MS Office proficiency for reports, data management, and senior-leader materials
• Working knowledge of the Federal Supply System and automated/manual supply systems
• Proven ability to build partnerships with internal and external stakeholders
• Strong organizational and time-management skills under pressure
• Consistent record of strong customer service

Responsibilities

• Maintain inventory records, material logs, and stock levels
• Process receiving and shipping and update Government systems
• Reconcile property lists monthly and document discrepancies
• Track deliveries, inspections, acceptance, and warranties
• Run weekly facility inspection checklists
• Build reports for senior leadership
