Job summary

KARL STORZ North America in Auburn, MA is seeking an Inventory Control Specialist to ensure inventory accuracy, support cycle counts, and uphold SAP-driven processes in a regulated medical device environment.

You will partner with Operations, Customer Support, Sales, Purchasing, and Quality to investigate discrepancies, drive continuous improvement, and ensure product availability for internal and external customers. Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:30 PM, on-site.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree required.
• 5+ years in distribution, logistics, or related environments.
• 5+ years supporting quality assurance, process control, or inventory management.
• Advanced SAP experience with complex inventory transactions.
• Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills.
• Experience with purchasing, accounting, customer service, and auditing processes.
• Knowledge of FDA, QSR, ISO, or other regulated quality systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead cycle count programs and inventory audits across locations.
• Investigate and resolve complex inventory discrepancies and SAP issues.
• Develop, maintain, and analyze inventory reports to support decisions.
• Coordinate with Operations, Customer Support, Sales, Purchasing, and Quality.
• Drive continuous improvement for accuracy, service levels, and loss prevention.
• Support SAP testing, system enhancements, audit prep, and governance activities.
